PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT

All charges shall be payable to the Director/Airport Manager of the Airport concerned within the time specified below:

(a) Charges for over flying the territory of Bangladesh by an aircraft.	Within 30 days from the date of submission of the bill.
(b) All other charges	Within 15 days from the date of submission of the bill

Provided that if the payment is not made within the specified time, an additional charge shall be payable as follows:

For delay up to 15 days	1% of the amount in the bill
For delay of more than 15 days but not exceeding 30 days	5% of the amount in the bill
For delay of more than 30 days	6% of the amount in the bill for every 30 days of delay or part thereof
