PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT
All charges shall be payable to the Director/Airport Manager of the Airport concerned within the time specified below:
| (a) Charges for over flying the territory of Bangladesh by an aircraft. | Within 30 days from the date of submission of the bill. |
| (b) All other charges | Within 15 days from the date of submission of the bill |
Provided that if the payment is not made within the specified time, an additional charge shall be payable as follows:
| For delay up to 15 days | 1% of the amount in the bill |
| For delay of more than 15 days but not exceeding 30 days | 5% of the amount in the bill |
| For delay of more than 30 days | 6% of the amount in the bill for every 30 days of delay or part thereof |
